It’s not a story I know yet, but I’d like to help you tell yours, and help you remember it.

Mine began in the usual way in Dallas, Texas. Three continents, 23 moves, a marriage, a son, and two dogs later, the Lovely Kathryn and I share love and life on the bay in Erie, Pennsylvania. So much happens in a life time. Recorded in dim memories and the time capsule of photos – there’s that huge lake trout caught in Canada; the curly haired girl twirling batons with her sister in shiny satin outfits their mother sewed by hand. The joyful father at his second daughter’s wedding, when he was still with us; the family portrait of all 84 cousins aunts and uncles (I think that’s my heart-throb next to Uncle Bobby);  the four year old on a pony; the first of many first days at school; the Red Beach on Maui. Prom, marriage, birth, and wake in a wonderful and miraculous circle of life. All the little Lego block memories that build the beautiful palace we are.
